In a significant development for the energy sector of Bangladesh, The Tullow Bangladesh Employee Union was officially formed and registered under Bangladesh Labour Act 2006 on August 17th2023.
Ranjit Kumar Nandy and Md Haroon Al Rashid made the President and General Secretary of this Union respectively.
The momentous occasion made a vital step towards improving relationship between employers and employees within the Tullow Bangladesh Limited workforce, ultimately contributing to the uninterrupted supply of gas to the government of Bangladesh.
The Tullow Bangladesh Employee Union has been established with the primary objective of enhancing cooperation and understanding between the management and the dedicated workforce at Tullow Bangladesh Limited, said a press release.
